Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 10 business days to process your Restoration Service order. Digitization/Conversion orders will depend on the quantity submitted. We will confirm receipt of your originals and advise you about the expected project completion time. Most of the Print Orders will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. We will advise you when each stage of your project is completed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation with tracking.

STORE PICKUP: - Local customers can pickup their orders if desired. Information will be sent to you via email when your order is ready for pickup so we can make a mutually agreeable time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We use Canada Post and UPS for domestic shipping. We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

FREE SHIPPING: Print orders of $250.00 and over qualify for free shipping. Services such as Image Restoration, Digitizing/Conversion, and Art Reproduction are not included in the free shipping calculation.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unsatisfactory, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cheryl@cherylbeckstudios.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
