Print production and shipping times vary depending on the product selected and the season.
Can I preview my restoration before printing?
Yes — you'll receive a detailed proof document by email once your restoration is complete.
Your proof includes before-and-after images, along with presentation options, available sizes, and current pricing.
You'll have the opportunity to review everything, request adjustments if needed, and approve the final version before any prints are produced.
No printing takes place until you are completely satisfied with the restoration.
Will my original photo be returned?
Yes — your original photo is always safely returned to you.
Our restoration process is fully digital. Your image is carefully scanned, protected, and sleeved before being securely shipped back with your finished project.
Are your prints high quality?
Yes — all of our prints are produced to archival standards and are designed to be enjoyed for generations.
Using premium materials and professional printing processes, our finished pieces are created to resist fading and typically last 100–200 years under normal display conditions.
We offer a variety of presentation styles, from loose prints and matted prints to ready-to-hang wall displays and heirloom-quality framing.
Our print standards include:
• Archival-quality inks and papers for long-term preservation
• Professionally produced in Canada
• Premium materials selected for quality and longevity
• Secure archiving of your restored image for future print orders
• Backed by our commitment to your complete satisfaction
What if I don’t have access to a scanner?
No problem — there are several easy ways to get your photos to us.
If you don't have a scanner, you may mail or deliver your original photographs to us. We will professionally scan them using archival-quality equipment and safely return your originals once the project is complete.
For clients working remotely, smartphone scanning apps such as PhotoScan by Google can often provide adequate results for us to work with.
When mailing originals, we recommend using a sturdy mailer with tracking for added peace of mind.
Every photograph is handled with care, and your original images are always returned to you.
Can you work from slides, negatives, or other originals?
Yes — we can work from a wide range of original materials.
Your project can begin with:
• Printed photographs
• Digital image files
• Slides and film negatives
• Glass negatives and tintypes
• Certificates and documents
• Artwork and other meaningful keepsakes
If the item can be scanned or photographed, there's a good chance we can work with it.
If you're unsure about your item, simply contact us. We're happy to take a look and advise you on the best approach.
