HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS:

  • Scan & Upload

    Scanner:

    Scan your photos at a minimum of 300dpi and save as jpeg.

    Smart Phone:

  • Mail/Courier

    Need to submit physical originals?

    We recommend using the prepaid flat rate cardboard mailers or boxes with tracking services available from Canada Post.

What Happens Next?

  • Your Proof Document

    Arriving by email, your proof document will contain before and after images of the completed restoration service, along with any unique options and suggestions pertaining to your project. Approve the proof or request further adjustments. We are happy when you are happy!

  • Select Your Print Styles

    If you haven't already, select how you would like to print your restored photos.

    Each restored image can be printed in as many styles and quantities as you wish. Your project files will be here if you decide to print more later.

  • Receive Your Keepsakes

    Depending on the print styles you selected, you may receive more than one delivery.

    Your originals are returned to you as well.
